1. First of all, it should be installed according to the flow direction of the medium;
2. Before installation, the material and model of the valve must be carefully checked to see if they meet the requirements of pipeline use, and clean them after verification. Valves that are not installed and used should be stored in a dry room. Valves that have been kept for a long time should be provided with oil, moisture and rust prevention measures.
3. When installing the butterfly valve, it is advisable to use the butterfly plate in the closed position to prevent debris from entering the valve cavity and rubbing the sealing surface.
4. Before the valve is used, the welding slag and debris in the pipeline should be fully cleaned.

In order to prevent the wrong phase sequence of the power supply, the user should manually open the valve to the middle position before switching on the power supply to ensure that the opening and closing direction of the valve is consistent with the motor control direction.
