  • Butterfly buffer check valve is composed of valve body, valve disc, buffer device and micro regulating valve. The product has the characteristics of novel structure, small size, low fluid resistance, stable operation, reliable sealing, wear resistance, and good buffer performance. It is mainly used at the pump outlet of industrial water supply and sewage treatment plants to prevent the medium from flowing back in the pipe network. Automatically eliminate destructive water hammer, so as to ensure that the pump and pipeline are not damaged.

    Butterfly buffer check valve according to its structure and installation can be divided:

    1, butterfly buffer check valve disc shape, rotating movement around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel, because the valve inside the channel into a streamlined, flow resistance is smaller than the butterfly check valve, suitable for low flow rate and flow changes are not often large diameter occasions, but should not be used for pulsating flow, its sealing performance is less than lift. Butterfly check valve is divided into single disc type, double disc type and most of the three types, these three forms are mainly divided according to the valve caliber, the purpose is to prevent the medium to stop flow or reverse flow, weaken the hydraulic impact.

    2, butterfly buffer check valve: valve along the valve body vertical center line sliding check valve, internal thread check valve can only be installed in the horizontal pipe, in the high pressure small diameter check valve disc can be used ball. The shape of the butterfly check valve body is the same as the cut-off valve (can be used with the cut-off valve), so its fluid resistance coefficient is large. The structure is similar to the cut-off valve, and the valve body and disc are the same as the cut-off valve. The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are processed with a guide sleeve. The guide sleeve can be freely lifted and lowered in the guide sleeve. When the medium flows downstream, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc is vertically lowered on the valve seat to prevent the medium from flowing back. Straight-through butterfly check valve medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction perpendicular; vertical lift check valve, the medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction is the same, the flow resistance is straight-through small.

    3, butterfly buffer check valve: valve around the valve seat in the pin axis rotation check valve. The disc check valve has a simple structure and can only be installed on a horizontal pipe with good sealing performance.

    4. Butterfly buffer check valve: a valve whose clack slides along the center line of the valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new type of valve, its small size, light weight, good processing technology, is one of the development direction of the check valve. But the fluid resistance coefficient is slightly larger than the swing check valve.

    5, compression check valve: this valve is used as boiler feed water and steam cut off valve, it has a lift check valve and stop valve or angle valve integrated function.

    Butterfly buffer check valve is to rely on the flow of the medium itself and automatically open and close the valve flap, used to prevent the medium back flow of the valve, also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve, and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve, its main function is to prevent the medium back, to prevent the pump and drive motor reverse, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used on the pipeline to supply auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure.
