  • Slow closing check valve, also known as check valve, its role is to prevent the medium in the pipeline back.     Maintenance and maintenance requirements for slow closing check valves;

    1. The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent moisture, rain and rust.

    2. The opening and closing parts should be in the closing device during storage and transportation, and the following work should be done:

    a. The disc should be fixed in the open position

    B. the inner openings at both ends of the diameter shall be blocked with foam board, and the ports shall be blocked with stuffy covers to prevent dust and rust, so as to keep the passage clean and the end face smooth;

    3, long-term placement should be regularly checked. Every three months, check the dirt and rust on the two channels and the sealing surface, and check the protection status of the welding joint. After wiping the dirt and rust, apply anti-rust oil again for protection.
