  • GLJWY-4 rigid impeller feeder is commonly known as star feeder, shut-off fan, air lock, rotary feeder, rotary valve, etc. It is composed of a rotor with several blades, a shell, a seal, a motor, and a reducer. When the rotor rotates in the cylindrical casing, the material falling from the upper hopper by its own weight is filled in the space between the blades and discharged with the rotation of the rotor to the lower part, thus realizing uniform and continuous conveying of materials.

    The rigid impeller feeder is a special equipment for discharging and feeding powdery materials. It can continuously and evenly feed the dry powdery materials or small particle materials in the upper silo to the next equipment. It is a quantitative feeding equipment. Can be equipped with screw gates and other equipment to achieve the purpose of controlling the amount of feed, you can also use the frequency converter or slip motor to achieve stepless speed regulation to control the amount of feed. Widely used in cement, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and light industry and other sectors of the material system for feeding equipment.
