Product Description
The GLJWF-4 rigid impeller feeder is suitable for conveying batching systems in power plants, cement plants, chemical plants and other industries. It can be used for air locking or quantitative feeding when conveying dry powdery materials. It can also be used for ash discharge under the ash hopper of dust collector and air preheater. It has simple structure, stable performance and convenient operation and maintenance. It is an ideal accessory for conveying, unloading and batching systems.
The rigid impeller feeder is widely used for drying powdery and small granular non-sticky materials. Such as: raw meal powder, cement, dry slag, coal powder, fly ash, etc., its compact structure, small size, good sealing, such as the use of speed control motor can easily adjust the amount of feed.
GLJWF-4 rigid impeller feeder is commonly known as star feeder, shut-off fan, air lock, rotary feeder, rotary valve, etc. It is composed of a rotor with several blades, a shell, a seal, a motor, and a reducer. When the rotor rotates in the cylindrical casing, the material falling from the upper hopper by its own weight is filled in the space between the blades and discharged with the rotation of the rotor to the lower part, thus realizing uniform and continuous conveying of materials.
