The temperature of the materials transported by the rigid impeller feeder can reach 280 degrees, and the bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent the ultra-fine powder from contacting the bearings. The temperature of the high temperature resistant rigid impeller feeder can reach 500 degrees, and the sprocket can be used to connect, and the reducer and the unloader shell have a certain distance. Rigid impeller feeder is commonly used in pneumatic output system. For pressure output system or negative pressure output system, rigid impeller feeder can uniformly and continuously feed the feeding pipe to ensure that the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe are relatively stable, thus enabling pneumatic conveying to work normally. At the same time, it can cut off the upper and lower air pressure of rigid impeller feeder to play the role of air lock.
