When the pressure of the control point exceeds the set value (bubble burst pressure) for some temporary reason, it is a valve that discharges a certain amount of gas.

The flue gas release valve has a hinged four-link mechanism arranged on the valve body support and equipped with a driving hydraulic cylinder and a pre-tightening spring pressing device. The front end of the rotating arm forming the link mechanism is connected to the valve cover through a guide rod, a configured spring and two sets of upper and lower spherical matching pairs. The sealing stop of the valve cover and the valve body is provided with a spherical hard sealing pair composed of surfacing hard alloy and a soft sealing pair composed of inlaid silicon rubber ring. The utility model system has a compact structure, flexible operation of the mechanism, good neutrality and sealing between the valve cover and the valve body, low impact force and friction when the sealing surfaces are in contact, and the valve has a long service life.
