Product Description
Gas release valve is suitable for metallurgical industry blast furnace hot blast stove system, mainly used to cut off the gas medium in the pipeline or play a role in the release.
Butterfly release valve has a hinged four-link mechanism arranged on the valve body support and equipped with a driving hydraulic cylinder and a pre-tightening spring pressing device. The front end of the rotating arm constituting the link mechanism is connected to the valve cover through a guide rod, a configured spring and two sets of upper and lower spherical matching pairs. The sealing stop of the valve cover and the valve body is provided with a hard sealing pair composed of spherical surfacing hard alloy and a soft sealing pair composed of silicon rubber ring. The system of the utility model has compact structure, flexible operation of the mechanism, good neutrality and sealing performance of the valve cover and the valve body, small impact force and friction when the sealing surfaces are in contact, and long service life of the valve.
