Product Description
The hydraulic release valve adopts the double sealing structure of the inner opening type and the rubber seal of the metal seal box, so the seal is reliable, the surface of the seal is surfacing alloy, and the wear resistance is good, so it can be used for dirty gas and other dust gas.
The valve is suitable for blast furnace engineering gas pressure release system, is a closed valve. It has a hinged four-link mechanism arranged on the valve body support and equipped with a driving hydraulic cylinder and a pre-tightening spring pressing device. The front end of the rotating arm forming the link mechanism is connected to the valve cover through a guide rod, a configured spring and two sets of upper and lower spherical matching pairs. The sealing stop of the valve cover and the valve body is provided with a spherical hard sealing pair composed of surfacing hard alloy and a soft sealing pair composed of inlaid silicon rubber ring.
Hydraulic relief valve is used in iron and steel plants, smelters, fluid delivery system in the control valve, with cut-off, regulation, diversion, to prevent the reverse flow, pressure, shunt or overflow pressure relief and other functional equipment.
