It is mainly used at the pump outlet of industrial water supply and sewage treatment plants to prevent the medium from flowing back in the pipe network. Automatically eliminate destructive water hammer, so as to ensure that the pump and pipeline are not damaged.

Butterfly buffer check valve according to its structure and installation can be divided:

1, butterfly buffer check valve disc shape, rotating movement around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel, because the valve inside the channel into a streamlined, flow resistance is smaller than the butterfly check valve, suitable for low flow rate and flow changes are not often large diameter occasions, but should not be used for pulsating flow, its sealing performance is less than lift. The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are processed with a guide sleeve. The guide sleeve can be freely lifted and lowered in the guide sleeve. When the medium flows downstream, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc is vertically lowered on the valve seat to prevent the medium from flowing back. Straight-through butterfly check valve medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction perpendicular; vertical lift check valve, the medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction is the same, the flow resistance is straight-through small.

3, butterfly buffer check valve: valve around the valve seat in the pin axis rotation check valve. The disc check valve has a simple structure and can only be installed on a horizontal pipe with good sealing performance.
