Swing rubber flap check valve is mainly composed of three main parts: valve body, valve cover and valve flap. The rubber flap is made of steel plate as pressure-bearing part and strengthened nylon cloth as substrate, wrapped with high-quality vulcanized rubber, with good sealing elasticity, completely isolating the valve plate metal from the medium, and the valve seat adopts ceramic spraying process to make the valve applicable life longer.
The rubber flap check valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump. When the pump is started, the valve plate rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat by relying on the flow and strength of the medium. When the pump is stopped, the valve plate closes by itself by relying on the backflow of the medium and the weight of the valve plate to prevent the backflow of the medium. The valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, hydropower and other industries, used for corrosive, non-corrosive gases, liquids and other cut-off backflow, eliminate destructive water hammer, protect pipes and pumps. Because the sealing ring of this product adopts inclined design, the closing time is short, which can reduce the water hammer pressure. The disc is made of nitrile rubber and steel plate by high temperature pressing, erosion resistance, good sealing performance, simple product structure, maintenance, repair and transportation are very convenient.
Swing rubber flap check valve adopts full-flow area design, with small head loss, not easy to accumulate debris, convenient maintenance, etc. It has small valve opening stroke and fast speed, and is mainly used for water supply and drainage system. For large diameter DN≥ 400 swing rubber flap check valve can choose slow closing cylinder device, so that the valve is divided into fast closing and slow closing two stroke stages, slow closing stroke time can be adjusted.
