Product Description
The electric ventilation butterfly valve is designed and manufactured with a new structure welded by a midline disc plate and a short structure steel plate. It has compact structure, light weight, easy installation, small flow resistance, large circulation, avoiding the influence of high temperature expansion, and easy operation. No connecting rods, bolts, etc. in the body, reliable work and long service life. It can be installed in multiple stations and is not affected by the flow direction of the medium.
The electric ventilation butterfly valve adopts the same material as the valve body to be processed into a sealing ring, and adopts electric or pneumatic transmission. The applicable temperature with the valve body material selection, nominal pressure ≤ 0.6MPa, its main features are:
1, the design is novel, reasonable, unique structure, light weight, open and close quickly.
2. Small operating torque, convenient operation, labor-saving dexterity.
3, the use of adaptive materials to meet the low, medium and high temperature of different media and corrosive media.
Electric ventilation butterfly valve is mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power stations, glass and other industries in the ventilation, environmental protection projects containing dust cold air or hot air gas pipeline, as a gas medium to adjust the flow or cut off device.
