Product Description
Circular desulfurization and denitration special valves are commonly used in smoke pipes and air ducts in power plants, desulfurization and out-of-stock flue gas system industries as intercepting media. The opening and closing angle of the air door is 90 ℃. It has the two functions of full switch, so that all media in a pipeline of the system can circulate or close.
Desulfurization valve seat has a strong resistance to chloride ion and acid oxygen corrosion, erosion resistance, long life, molded rubber seat balance and support, effectively avoid the damage to the rubber caused by uneven force, desulfurization butterfly valve at the fully closed position, the rubber is in the best compression state to maintain zero leakage;
The equipment has high-quality electric actuators or single, double-acting pneumatic actuators, with a clutch to achieve hand, electric dual-use;
The rubber sealing surface of the two ports of the circular desulfurization and denitration special valve protrudes the ductile iron flange surface, and the valve does not need additional rubber sealing gasket during pipeline installation;
Circular desulfurization, denitration special valve ductile iron shell inside and outside the surface of the high temperature electrostatic spraying epoxy powder coating, coating has high corrosion resistance, and ductile iron substrate has a very high bonding strength.
