Silent check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, reverse fluid, valve disc, bearing and spring and other major parts, the internal use of streamlined design, pressure loss is very small. The opening and closing stroke of the valve is very short, and it can be quickly closed when the pump is stopped, preventing huge water hammer sound, and has the characteristics of silent closing.

Silent check valve is mainly used for water supply, drainage, fire protection, HVAC system, can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent the media back and water hammer damage to the pump.

Silent check valve structure principle description;

1. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve flap is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium is countercurrent, the self-weight of the valve flap and the valve flap are affected by the reverse force of the medium, so that the sealing surface of the valve flap and the valve seat is closed, so as to prevent the medium from countercurrent.

2. The sealing surface of the valve body and the valve clack is sealed with rubber.

3. The structural length of this valve is in accordance with the provisions of the GB12221-1989, and the flange connection size is in accordance with the provisions of JB/T79-1994.

Silent check valve is to rely on the flow of the medium itself and automatically open and close the valve flap, used to prevent the medium back flow of the valve, also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve, and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve, its main function is to prevent the medium back, to prevent the pump and drive motor reverse, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used on the pipeline to supply auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure. Check valve can be divided into swing check valve (rotating according to the center of gravity) and lift check valve (moving along the axis).
