The muffler check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, reverse fluid, valve disc, bearing and spring and other major parts. The internal design is streamlined and the pressure loss is very small. The opening and closing stroke of the valve is very short, and it can be quickly closed when the pump is stopped, preventing huge water hammer sound, and has the characteristics of silent closing. The muffler check valve is usually installed at the outlet position of the water pump in the pipeline to prevent damage caused by the backflow of the high-speed impact water pump when it stops running. The opening and closing part of the valve is a disc-shaped disc, which belongs to the one-way valve. The valve only allows the medium to flow in the same direction. Its main function is to prevent the medium from backflow and reduce the impact of hydraulic power.
The muffler check valve is a new type of valve introduced in recent years. The valve flap rotates along the center line of the valve body to complete the closing work. It has novel structure, small size, light weight for installation and maintenance, and is suitable for large-diameter use. It is generally installed on a drainage pipe. When working, the valve flap is opened under the pressure generated by the medium flow in one direction. On the contrary, when the medium flows back in reverse, the pressure coincides with the valve flap to produce a certain effect with the valve seat, cutting off the medium flow and preventing the medium from flowing back. Small fluid resistance, reliable sealing, smooth opening and closing, wear resistance, long service life, oil pressure, slow closing is not affected by the medium, and has the characteristics of good energy saving effect.
