Product Description
Ventilation butterfly valve is made of the same material as the valve body to form a sealing ring. Its adaptation temperature depends on the material selection of the valve body. It is generally applicable to industrial, metallurgical, environmental protection and other pipelines for ventilation and adjustment of medium flow. The medium temperature is ≤ 300 ℃ and the nominal pressure is 0.1Mpa. On the pipeline, it is used to connect, open and close or adjust the medium volume. Its main features are:
1, the design is novel, reasonable, unique structure, light weight, open and close quickly.
2. Small operating torque, convenient operation, labor-saving dexterity.
3, the use of adaptive materials to meet different media temperature machine corrosive media.
The ventilation butterfly valve is divided into manual and electric drive, which can be driven by a motor or turbine to drive the actuator, so that the butterfly plate can rotate freely within the range of 90 ° to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjusting the medium flow. The installation requirements are as follows;
1. The installation position, height, import and export direction must meet the design requirements. Pay attention to the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body, and the connection should be firm and tight.
2. The valve must be visually inspected before installation, and the nameplate of the valve should comply with the current national standard "General Valve Marking" GB 12220. For valves with working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and cutting off on the main pipe, strength and tightness test shall be carried out before installation, and the valve shall be used only after it is qualified. During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, the duration is not less than 5min, and the valve housing and packing shall be qualified without leakage. During the tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the duration of the test meets the requirements of GB 50243.
