Electric, rear seat type (high temperature)-20~55 ℃/-35~55 ℃ electric adjustment cut-off butterfly valve is composed of 3610 series all-electronic electric actuator, or 3410 series "ON-OFF" switch type electric actuator or ZKJ (Type III) electric actuator and high temperature, adjustment cut-off butterfly valve.
High temperature, regulating cut-off valve, is the use of unique structural design, is made of steel plate welding processing. In the valve closed state, the valve plate and the valve body (seat) plane contact seal, will not be affected by temperature, so that the valve plate stuck. The valve has a small temperature influence coefficient, a large sealing contact area and a small leakage. This kind of plane contact sealing structure reduces the friction torque force of the valve plate at the moment of opening, enhances the tight shut-off performance of the butterfly valve, improves the service temperature range of the butterfly valve, and has good high temperature resistance. It is especially suitable for low pressure difference, large diameter, large flow of high temperature gas, flue gas, exhaust gas or fluid flow containing tiny suspended particles, pressure control, regulation and cut-off, and occasions with certain requirements on leakage. It is widely used in the production control process of petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, building materials and other departments.
The electric quick cut-off regulating butterfly valve adopts a top-mounted structure, which reduces the connecting bolts of the valve body under the conditions of high pressure and large diameter, enhances the reliability of the valve and can overcome the influence of the weight of the system on the normal operation of the valve.
